Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. A Plus Fence & Construction carries liability insurance, and we are happy to send a certificate before work starts.
How long have you been in business?
Todd Robinson has been a general contractor in New Braunfels for 25 years.
Are quotes free?
Yes. We come out, measure, and give you a written quote at no charge.
Who actually does the work?
Todd runs every job. You are not handed off to a call center or a rotating subcontractor.
How do you price a job?
By the job, not by the hour, on almost everything. You get a line-item written quote before we start.
Do you take deposits?
On material-heavy jobs we take a deposit to cover lumber, then the balance when the job is finished and you are happy.
How soon can you start?
Small repairs are often within a week. Larger builds depend on the schedule and material lead times. Call and we will give you a straight answer.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship. If something we built is not right, we come back and fix it.
How long does a new fence take?
Most residential fences in New Braunfels take one to three days once materials are on site.
