Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of this website and the work performed by A Plus Fence & Construction.
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown or discussed before an on-site visit are estimates. A written quote is the binding number, and it stays good for 30 days unless material costs change and we tell you first.
Scheduling and weather
Outdoor work depends on weather and material availability. If a start date slips we will call you with a new one as soon as we know.
Payment
Material-heavy jobs may require a deposit before work starts. The balance is due when the job is finished and walked with you.
Workmanship
We stand behind our workmanship. If something we built fails because of how we built it, we come back and fix it. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you.
Property access and utilities
Customers are responsible for marking private utilities, sprinkler lines and property lines before digging. We call in public utility locates.
